Minutes of the DMTF Board Meeting

January 12, 2005

Attendees: Peter Glaser, Nicole Holliday, Philippe Lamoise, Jodi Kennedy, Ingrid Hoffmeister, Eve Goldman

Absent: Jack Batzler, Bob Ganey

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm, at 1345 Crest Rd, Del Mar, CA 92014.

Four Board members had their terms expiring. Nicole Holiday, Jack Batzler, Jodi Kennedy and Eve Goldman.

The slate of Four Board members was presented and approved for a term of two years:

Nicole Holiday, Jack Batzler, Jodi Kennedy, Eve Goldman

Election of officers for 2004 was as follows:

President – Nicole Holiday
Vice President – Jodi kennedy
Treasurer – Jack Batzler

A general discussion followed about responding to the donors of our Annual campaign. Nicole to take the lead (with help from others as required). Philippe

to prepare "Thankyou" letters. Jack to supply donor's envelope, so we know what gifts to send.

A special meeting to discuss Organization was set for Tuesday January 18th @ 2pm @ Nicole's home.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:00pm
