Fundraising
All board members to look over address list and make any corrections
and additions deliver to the station by October 20th
October 22nd, Luanna to
receive list from Pete
November 1st Luanna to
deliver list to Jack Jack to review list if approved by Jack
Labels to be printed and lick, stamp party Friday, November 5th at
Nicoles at 930am.
Equipment
Board agreed to decide how to spend money for equipment by end of
year another teleprompter?
- New Character Generator and
DVD dubber to be considered for 04 fundraising goals
Board Member Status
Pete will be on vacation for November board meeting. Nicole Holliday
to run the meeting.
Nicole announced she is
pregnant and is concerned about upcoming new board position of
President. She said she would consider sharing the position because she
plans to take a few months off.
2005 Budget
Pete and Jack currently drafting a budget for 05. Will present at
November board meeting.
Other Business
Tuesday, November 9th at 8am 501 3C meeting, Pete will still be
out of town, Nicole to attend.
Del Mar City Council
Candidate Debate will be available on streaming video 90 minute
production.
County Grant Application
is due November 15th. Proposal must be connected to a county strategic
initiative. Need county organization to co-sponsor.
November proposal due
December Award
August 31st Program must
be completed
